I started in web design and front-end development in 2006. Over time, my work grew into UX, product design and leading the people who bring digital services to life.
My technical background still shapes how I work. I look beyond the screens, ask what happens after handoff and work with engineering teams to keep the design useful, consistent and practical to build.
Today, I balance design reviews, team planning and delivery with the work of understanding customers and improving their journeys.
